Located in Cumming, Georgia, Parkstone subdivision is a new "conservation neighborhood" with nearly 400 homesites planned.  First occupied in late 2005, Parkstone has thrived through 2006 and we are now at ~60 occupied homes.  Prices range from the low 200s to 400s with great amenities, such as the junior olympic pool, children's water park, fishing pier, community outdoor fireplace, basketball court, tennis courts, and a clubhouse.  As a conservation neighbood, you will also find walking trails, natural ponds and streams, a 115 acre greenspace, and plenty of nature.
